Our Policies

Hey, Dollface! Beauty Lounge has the following policies for all services. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you sign.

Studio Policies

Our services will require you to lay in one of our comfy recliners for up to 1-3 hours, depending on the application technique and artist’s speed. You must be able to get into the chair unassisted and remain in position with your eyes closed. (Our chairs have a weight capacity of 300 lbs.) Feel free to dress comfortably and bring a blanket, as many clients take a nap during their appointment!

Our front doors remain locked, as we do not have a receptionist. Upon your arrival, please text your service provider and remain in your vehicle until they are ready to greet you. 

No cell phone use is permitted once the service has begun. Please switch your phone to vibrate before entering the studio. 

No guests/children/pets will be allowed to attend the appointment. 

Masks are highly recommended to limit the spread of germs and your exposure to the fumes from the adhesive.

No refunds will be given under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact your service provider within 48 hours after your appointment and an agreed upon service or product will be compensated. In the case of an allergic reaction, we advise you to visit your primary care physician for treatment. Until all visible signs of the reaction have cleared and a doctor’s note has been provided, we will not be able to service you for your health and safety. 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel and/or reschedule any appointment. However, a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file if the appointment is cancelled and/or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. 

If you are running late to your appointment, please let your service provider know as soon as possible. A 15 minute grace period will be permitted, however arrivals past that or failure to show will result in the cancellation of the appointment and a Cancellation Fee charged to the card on file. 

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience an extenuating circumstance, please contact our business owner, Nikki Lewark, who may be able to waive the No Show fee. You may contact Hey, Dollface! Beauty Lounge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the numbers below. Should it be after our business hours or a holiday, you may leave a message.

Refunds
